Flat measurement is 7.5cm and will make a standard Salami size of around 5cm across.

Buy this material by the metre and you can make your salamis whatever size you like, you can tie off or use your vacuum heat sealer to seal one end or use our Salami ties with hanging hole on the other or just use butchers twine on both ends, your choice.

Fill these casings, no soaking required and smoke your salamis and hang them or air dry them or cure them in the refrigerator.

These are suitable as a replacement for Fibrous Casings and have the inbuilt Banquet Bag technology to make your drying/aging of your cured meats even safer and quicker.

Just follow your standard recipe and replace your Fibrous casings with these Banquet Bag Salami casings.


The Salami casings do not need channel helper you can twist and tie the ends off using our Salami ties or Butchers twine

    For those people who live in a warmer climate and are unable to cure salami and meats safely, this is an amazing product that allows you you cure meats in the fridge with consistent moisture and temperature. As the banquet bags breathe and are permeable they allow the curing process to take place safely in the fridge!

    Highly recommended!!
