Newsletter recipients are offerred added bonus's not available to everyone else so it is worth getting the occassional email. PAYMENT STATEMENT: Payment can be made via direct credit into our bank account, Credit Card or PayPal. Credit card payments are processed through a PayPal gateway. Bank Payment is of course our preference but please take into consideration that it can take up to 2 working days for your payment to appear in our bank account.
SHIPPING STATEMENT: Currently we use a combination of Australia Post and Courier for shipping items. The bulk of our orders will be sent via AustPost, if you place an order for large items or your order is very heavy we may choose to use a courier at no extra cost to you. We constantly monitor the charges for postage and if you are over charged we will rectify the issue. If you experience what seems to be a large charge when ordering please let us know as we are not out to make a profit on postage. Your order confirmation will state a shipping period, please be aware that this is the time that Australia Post states as their transit time (don't beleive it), you will need to expect an additional two days for handling of the order on top of the stated transit time. We always do our best to get your order out ASAP but sometimes it may take a little longer due to being out of stock or extra busy. We are human afterall.
