All items will be shipped via Australia Post or other appropriate methods unless otherwise requested. We will ship internationally based on your choice at time of ordering, all items shipped internationally will be registered. Changes to orders can only be made if the goods have not been despatched. If they are already in transit then the order is considered to have been completed.

If you experience any problems with our products when you receive them please notify us within 7 days so that we can arrange a replacement or a satisfactory solution. Claims made after the 7 days will be considered based on the issue.

Bonah meat products are shipped via a specialist refrigerated carrier and will only be left at the delivery address if there is someone there to accept the goods. If the goods cannot be left there will be a second delivery charge.

Please expect an additional handling time of at least 2 days on top of any quoted shipping time.
