There are only so many changes you can make to the same old Jerky recipe that you have been using. Our Jerky Recipes have been handed down from generation to generation and each recipe will give you a completely different flavoured Jerky to the next one. The ingredients in our Jerky recipes are pure and full flavoured. The spices and herbs are so pure that they still have all their oils making them blend with meats so well.

From the outdoor Hunter to the parent who is concerned about what their family eats. Jerky is a healthy snack for children and adults alike, a great source of iron and knowing that you have made it yourself makes it taste so much better.

No need for special equipment you can just use your own oven or you can dry your meats in a smoker for extra flavour.

Making Jerky yourself is very easy. You can use the Jerky Master with any type of mince meat or use the seasonings with trimmed muscle meat. One pack has enough seasoning to make up to 7kg of Jerky as little or as much of it at a time as you like. The two nozzles of the Jerky Master make your Jerky flat or round like Twiggy Sticks.

A simple process of:

1. measuring your meat and adding the required amount of cure, seasoning & water,

2. let it sit overnight

3. place it on the screen and then dry in the oven at a low temperature. All instructions are supplied and if you loose them they will be available on this website.

You can even use the cures and seasonings to make Jerky for your dog!
