Plastic Casing LGE / For Gel based cured meats (transparent)

Product Description

Transparent Plastic casing for use when making the gel based meats or for when the contents solidify after being a fairly wet mix initially. No air holes like with Fibrous casings, cannot be used in smoke houses etc or for when heat is applied at a high level.

These skins provide an end product with an easy peel coating that is not to be eaten like collagen sausage casings etc. 

* 17.5cm across & 48cm long when flat 

* Tied with string for hanging
