Sausage Mixes

We source high quality sausage mixes from Australia and overseas so that we can offer the best most authentic result for you. Most of our mixes are the pure seasoning with no fillers. If you use them for semi-dried sausages like bratwurst or kransky etc. you will need to add the correct curing salt. Salami mixes for air dried will need additives like GDL or starter culture, but of course we always recommend that you ensure that you are fully educated prior to embarking on any air dried meats due to health and safety issues.
